Advantages:

- Actually view your entire dreams, as humans we naturally forget like 90% of our dreams during sleep.
- By watching our dreams, we can actually start to venture into lucid dreaming which is caused by the person memorizing key things in their dreams and realizing they are asleep which then, do what ever you want in your dream. (Done it a lot actually, very fun).

Disadvantages:

- Creepy as fawk.
