Fugaku- no our own are guarding around the HQ there should be no ANBU around. The Uchiha by my guess are blamed for what happened 7 years ago. The influence we have on the village is slipping away. The second hokage started this not only with us but other clans when this village with founded. Our clan respected that and the village became as one. We posed a threat that if we showed rebellion the village's system would be destroyed. But the Third hokage most notably Danzo are getting suspicious of us. Our clan is being disrespected despite being a co-founder.
Uchiha- What's the plan? Is this going to be a coup-de-tat?
Fugaku-... Yes! we hold most of the authority only being behind the elders and the hokage. Using what rights that haven't been stripped from us. We will convey a meeting among the elders and hokage. About the recent crimes against the Uchiha. The rest of you surround the place and take down any ANBU or guards that are in place. Then with numbers force them to surrender what power they have.
Uchiha- What happens if they refuse or end up fighting?
Fugaku- (closes his eyes lowers his head)sigh.... (looks up) We kill them. But for good reason. (several uchiha cheer)

He looks back to find. Shisui behind him.
Shisui- Itachi Danzo.... took one of my eyes..... I leave the village and my left eye to you. (the genjutsu wears off and Shisui collapses. Itachi rolls Shisui's corpse over to take out the eye. Then implanting it in a crow.)
(He heads to the village in cover of the darkness of night. Meeting with his lover having a kiss. Then killing her. Then killing most of the others.)
Itachi- I don't know how much longer I can do this even for the village....

Tobi- I am Madara Uchiha and I've come to be of service as long as you afterwards become allied in an organization known as the akatsuki.

(Itachi comes into his parents house. With Fugaku and Mikito sitting down quietly. Having a sip of tea. When they see Itachi they have a small kiss. Then go into the dining room to lay on their knees and their backs against one another.)
Fugaku- Itachi your brother is out training. He will be coming soon.
Mikito- yes you've made us proud Itachi. Do what's good for the village.
(both say We love you to which Itachi slays them with a sword with tears running down. He gains his composure and wipes the tears from his eyes.
Sasuke- Mother! Father! (sasuke opens the door) Mother! Father! Brother! what happened to Mother and Father!
Itachi- Foolish little brother! (uses genjutsu of what Itachi has seen on Sasuke. Sasuke screams in agony. Regaining himself to see Itachi's Mangekyou and more tears coming from his eyes. sasuke collapses)
Itachi- (in his thoughts- I can't do it.)
(Itachi appears before the third)
Itachi- I've completed my mission but I couldn't kill sasuke. please watch over him! In return I will act as a spy for the village.
