Previously on -Insert Title Here-: The hunt to find Nexus is on! Our heroes have made it to their destination and are a step closer to finding the monster. Elsewhere, the fight between Emperor and Akiza continues but with a twist; Akiza turned out to be a persona to hide the identity of a mysterious person named Zise. His intentions unknown but the climax to the fight begins now!
Roku's House
Within his small cottage, residing in an isolated part of the forest on the outskirts of Konoha, Roku sits on his lengthy but tattered sofa whilst drinking a cup of tea. Gats stands beside Missy while Flaw looks on, getting continually impatient...
Flaw: Urgh...
Roku: *Sip*
Gats: Hmm...
Roku: *Sip*
Missy: Eh...
Roku: *Sip*... There's not enough sugar O_O
Roku puts the tea cup down on a worn out table in front of him and looks over to the trio.
Roku: O_O Yes, so what is it that you need?
Gats: Well...
5 minutes later
Gats: ... How do you breath through something so small? and then we saw your cottage.
Roku: What a delightful tale. It seems like Konoha is in quite a pickle... I suppose I have no option but to assist you on your journey, my young brethren.*Insert overused 'O_O' Roku face*
Flaw: *Checks his watch* Yeah, that's great... Can we like hurry up a little?
Roku: Yes but one second...
Roku stands up and bites his thumb which then leaks a small amount of blood. Then smearing his hand on the table in front of him, a large plume of smoke appears and a sachet of sugar lays on the table.
Roku:*Picking up the sachet and tearing it open* So, you want me to locate this guy for you? O_O O_O
Gats: It would be much appreciated.
Roku: Alright O_O... Give me a minute *sips*

Training Ground
As the battle rages on between the Hokage and Kusakage, Emperor suffers from collateral damage...
Emperor: *Out of breath* Wh-where did you get this much power from?
Emperor kneels down, battered and bruised but more importantly; his arm severed from his body and his other hand covering up the goo oozing out of him. Zise stands ahead of him, without a scratch on his body.
Zise: Well... You can say this is my 'true form'. You're lucky you even drove me to reveal myself to you. Though I was planning to leave anyway...
Emperor: For what exactly? *trying to stand up*
Zise: For the sole purpose I came to this world...
Emperor: That seems very ominous... Who exactly are you?
Zise: That isn't important considering you're on your death bed. Mr. Second Grass Shadow.
Zise then forms together a few hand seals and shouts 'Fire release: Great Dragon Fire Technique', inhaling quickly and exhaling a large fire ball in shape of the head of a Dragon.. Emperor's eyes widen as the fire approaches him, knowing it's do-or-die time. Emperor lashes his only hand onto the floor in a last-ditched attempt, and surrounding him, the earth crackles and erupts out of it a gigantic Venus fly trap to act as a fortress from the crucial attack. Emperor himself then sprouts out from the side of the colossal flytrap.
Emperor: You may have won the battle but you have not won the war! You've only enraged me further and when the time comes, you will be my dinner!!
Emperor then erupts in maniacal laughter as he sinks back into the flytrap and soon after the plant itself returns back into the ground from where it once came. Leaving Zise with a bitter taste in his mouth.
Zise: Hmph. He'd rather run away cocky as ever than die like a ma-- plant.
Zise then deactivates his 3-tomoe sharingan and lets out a rather long sigh, looking up at the night sky.
Zise: It won't be long until people get suspicious of that big plant... I guess it's time to rendezvous with 'her'...
[Gats Ramblings: Yes, I wasn't bothered writing up a whole new fight scene for Zise v Emperor. Didn't have enough motivation, so I skipped it. Sue me.]
Roku's House
Back at Roku's cottage, everyone sits on the floor in a circle. Roku unravels a large geographical map of the continent. After fully opening the map, he looks at Gats.
Roku: So, you say he must still be in the land of fire? Walking distance of Konoha and it's roughly been... 6 hours... He must have been fatigued from the fighting so he hasn't walked at full pace and there's a high chance he would of rested... Alright~! O_O
He then swipes his index finger across the map, circling a radius of Konohagakure while leaving a trail of luminous chakra on the map. Once the map has been marked, he forms three handseals (Tiger – Dog – Boar) while keeping the Boar handseal in place. He closes his eyes, concentrating immensely while the other three look on in curiousity.
Roku then opens his eyes.
Roku: FOUND HIM! O_O
Missy: What? Where is he?!
Roku: He's at the abandoned prison of the land of fire...
Flaw: What would he be doing there?
Roku: No clue O_O but surely by the things you have said... It cannot be good...
Gats: *Heroic Speech* We must get there and stop him with all of our combined power! Guys, remember... He may have unfathomable strength but he doesn't have what we have – friendship! Our friendship will give us the needed strength to overcome any adversity... Come on guys! Let's do this and save the world!
Missy: Amazing! *-* You're totally right!
Flaw: … And the award for best gay speech in a fanfiction goes to...

[Gats Rambings: How the hell do I get three people who are barely even jounin rank to beat someone killing Jinchuuriki and demolishing villages? I'll just make it up as I go along or in other words do a Kishi.]
Land of Fire Abandoned Prison.
In the dead of night, Nexus strolls down a dark and dusty corridor with prison cells on both sides of him. His footsteps echo throughout the building, as sheets of paper blow gently in the soft breeze. Nexus stops at a certain prison cell, he slides open the gate which are surprising unlocked. Inside lays a man, handcuffed, shackled by the feet and with eyes blindfolded. Curiously, the blindfold has the mark of 'seal'.
Nexus: It must be your lucky day.
Nero: I could sense your chakra a mile off... What is it that you want?
Nexus: A mutual alliance... *generic bad guy snicker*
As the twilight approaches from a sleepless night, what awaits are endless days. What power does Nero possess and what does Nexus want with him?
