Once arriving in said battlefield, the masked man stared around the environment. Few moments passed and another man's apparence interrupted Obito's analysation. It was a grey haired man, with a blue jacket, holding a huge sword with his hands. Obtio tilted his head to crack his neck a little bit. He thought this was a perfect chance to kill time, however he wouldn't be holding back, judging the opponent's apparence. A new fellow, your name perhaps?

As Vergil arrived on the plain grassy battlefield, equipped with his sword Yamato in his left hand, as always. He noticed that his opponent was analysing the battlefield. He stood there silently until the masked man noticed his appearance and started to check him out. When suddenly the masked asked him what he was doing in here.
"My name? Isn't it kind of impolite to ask that right away? Why don't you tell me yours first, perhaps I can tell you mine then as well..."
On his last word Vergil formed a single hand seal to make a simple clone, which then started to approach his rival. Vergil stood there silently, analyzing and waiting for the reaction of the masked man.

He stood there silently until the masked man noticed his appearance and started to check him out. When suddenly the masked asked him what he was doing in here.

That technique doesnt require any handseals, hence anyone can tell that clone is a fake/illusionary one.
Upon hearing the opponent's question, Obito raised his head. That was a sign to tell the foe that question was ridiculous in his part. Obito raised his right hand and put it in front of his spiral mask, muttering something. You really think a non existent person, is allowed to have a name? Obito stood there silently, loweing his hand and waiting for the opponent's reaction, which was creating a clone. The fact he didn't use any handseals, it was easy for Obito to tell it was an illusionary clone, mainly used for distractions. Obito grabbed a chain which was hidden in his right arm. He then locked his right wrist with the chain, this way he would have it easier to controll it. Slightly swinging his arm in a wave motion, in order to send the chain near the opponent. The chain would move in a circular formation and trap the opponent around his hip, restricting his movement. Then with his left arm, Obito would throws a single kunai aimed at the opponent's throat.

Could I cut these chains? Probably not. I should give it a try but I can't move at all right now. What to do now?

Imo, it would've been better for you to use your sword, the chains would get blocked by it and you would have a chance to pull towards you, since the chains would be tied around your sword. Never the less, good so far.
The opponent disappeard in an instant. "Huh?" Hearing some footsteps behind him, Obito would quickly react by turning behind and using his chain to tie it around the incoming sword, blocking a good attempt of being killed. Struggling to tame the force of the sword, Obito smirks behind the mask. You substituted yourself with an object around... Hm. The Uchiha would flick his left knee and smash it in the opponent's face, quickly gaining advantage from his distraction, with the help of the chains being tied in the sword, Obito pulls it in order to grab the sword himself. Then he would take some steps back, awaiting the incoming rage from the grey haired man.
