I know you're scared, I've pretended I haven't cared.

I hear your cries every night as you see me fight with myself.

Smiling is no longer easy nor is pretending everything is okay.

And day by day I'm slowly losing to the darkness I have created.

You no longer comfort me as too afraid of the monster I have become, the monster that is me.

If only you could see, that I have tried, but in return have lost and died.

I feel pain as you slowly watch me go Insane.
