If only Rukia is not tomboy and kinda taller just like Inoue, perhaps I might choose her however since Ichigo don't treat her the way he have treat Inoue therefore my vote is for Orihime

I liked Rukia a lot more and it sort of looked like she was the main character along with Ichigo. Almost like the game Twilight Princess for Zelda where the princess was the main character. I didn't like Orihime much but I sympathized more with her after Hueco Mundo. However, I think that Ichigo and Rukia are such an awesome pair and when Ichigo came to save her in the Soul Society, you could tell how much she meant to him. So I hope that she and Ichigo end up together.

Orehime is one of the worst characters ever and as I see it Rukia and Ichigo are just friends.
Considering how Kube writes we can be pretty sure that he'll end up with one of them though...

Rukia. Ichigo has never shown feelings stronger than friendship to Orihime, and she even had her connection with Ulquiorra. Ichigo and Rukia have a special bond and a lot of chemistry.
