InoShikaCho Should have been more Powerful

It seems like the whole InoShikaCho thing was underdeveloped. I personally liked the whole idea of a unit that works in perfect synchronization, but during the timeskip, they should've developed more power.

I think that had they came back as jonin level shinobi and Neji stayed a chuunin (just because they tried to make a point that he was a Jonin, but he never acted as one and was always under the orders of Gai and don't get me comparing him to other konoha jonin) they would've been more impressive being that they progress exponentially.

IMO, the previous generation was heraled as the type of unit you would send to escort someone important, or to stop an invasion. I wouldn't send the current one to do anything but guard a sector of the village. Sure they're all pretty powerful, but I've seen Sasuke think faster than Shikamaru, which is all he is hyped for, I've seen Kabuto do the temporary mind control of a dead body, which is Ino's biggest feat, ( I'm calling that morale thing bs, anyone important, you can shout to across the battlefield) and Sakura has better destructive capability than Chouji, while Kiba could be used in the same manner.

Their formations and strategy are lackluster, Shadow Possesion was nerfed almost as much As Amaterasu, and if you manage to get them about 50meters away from each other, they're screwed. It was a nice concept, but the three way deadlock is a much better generational team.

They're all slow though :( They haven't even surpassed their sensei in speed.

Define "powerful".

Well there were holes in their formation. If anyone hits Ino, the formation is ruined due to the delicacy of her jutsu and the reliance upon each other. I feel like none are powerful in their own regard. If they were, their blind spots would be sealed.

Secondly, Chouji needs to have a jutsu other than human boulder if they want to use him as offense. Neji solos InoShikaCho of Chouji doesn't use Butterfly mode.
