Inojin could've had so much potential

Seeing how both his parents are side characters his future is obvious. One of my favorite new gens tho.

Inojin was my fave tbh when they first came out. I love Ino, Sai, not much, and I thought Inojin would be more like his mother, but a more well rounded Yamanaka. I was disappointed when he is more like Sai. (Although I hvane't caught up to the anime, sooo...)

No doubt Inojin has some of the greatest potential of the new gen, he's highly under developed and he doesn't require ass pulls like Boruto.

Which is unfair given if you did the same with Naruto, everyone who isn’t Sasuke drops down in worth by a lot.

It's fair when you're discussing potential available to a character without ass pulls and handouts. It's a what if scenario and how they'd fair if developed or at least how I view it through my lens.

Inojin parents had no potential to begin with in a series where they were shafted, introduced and abandoned. So what purpose is it when even the author provided no references to their potential?

The only one who has that was Himawari, Sarasa,Mitsuki, Shiniki and Boruto


I could understand these characters maybe, even when it all boils down to headcanons ans what ifs. Which is easily a way to make shit up.

Sarada potential for Rinnegan!

Boruto potential for Jinchuriki!

X’s potential for Y.


There’s no point. Just like those threads about Sasuke learning sage mode or Naruto’s potential at gaining Rinnegan.


It’s pointless. Especially for minor characters with no discerning role aside from Son/Daughter of that character you may remember.
