Looks: Inoichi stands just short of 6'-0" with blue green eyes and long blond hair tied up in a ponytail. He has strong facial features and a well defined jaw line and weighs 152 lbs. Inoichi typically wears a green flak jacket over a black outfit, complete with hand-guards, forehead protector, and a sleeveless red haori. While working with the interrogation unit he wears their standard outfit complete with a long black overcoat. When meeting with his fellow Mennazotta family members or on family business Inoichi wears a long midnight blue cloak with the family emblem inscribed in silver on it.
Personality: Inoichi like his clansmen has a calm and perceptive nature. He is indulgent and wears a gentlemanly disposition. He is a loving father to his daughter Ino and a devoted husband. In battle he is calculating and cunning in any situation. More so than most Inoichi has the ability to quickly put together information and analyze a situation.

Background Information
Inoichi is a jōnin-level shinobi from Konohagakure. He was born 13 years after the birth of Orochimaru, Jiraiya, and Tsunade. During the Nine-Tails' attack on Konohagakure, Inoichi and his team-mates assisted in the village's defense. Inoichi is the leader of the Yamanaka clan and a member of the Konohagakure Intelligence Division. Inoichi is happily married and has a daughter Ino Yamanaka. From a young age Inoichi raised her to embody the meaning of the violet flower which symbolizes a blunt candid love. Ino was raised to treasure the bonds that she has with her friends. Inoichi's wife is part of the Allied Mothers Forces.
The Yamanaka Clan, Nara Clan, and Akimichi Clan have a long history together and Inoichi grew up with his friends Shikaku Nara and Chōza Akimichi. Together the 3 of them from the Ino–Shika–Chō group which has been formed every generation between the clans. Inoichi fought with Shikaku and Chōza to protect the village while it was invaded during the Chūnin Exam.
Inoichi was instrumental in helping to unveil Pain's whereabouts when Pain invaded Konohagakure.
When Ibiki Morino proved unable to learn anything about Pain from Yūdachi, he called on Inoichi for assistance. Inoichi probed Yūdachi's mind, rapidly going through his memories before arriving at the revelation that Pain had requested dead bodies from Yūdachi. Before Inoichi could think further on this Ino arrived to inform him of Pain's attack on the village. Using the information Shizune had learned before her death, Inoichi realized that Pain was animating dead bodies in a manner similar to his own clan's mental manipulation techniques. This meant that the true Pain was in a remote location somewhere relatively close by. Eventually Naruto Uzumaki would find Pain's true body. While searching for Pain's body Naruto ran into Inoichi. Naruto asked Inoichi not to follow him as he wanted to talk to Pain alone. Inoichi stated angrily that talking didn't solve anything, but, after a brief argument, Shikaku told Inoichi to just let Naruto go. Inoichi hesitantly agreed.

During the Shinobi World War Inoichi was placed in charge of the Intelligence Division. The war is still ongoing and Inoichi works diligently to relay important information to all the divisions including battle strategies and formations.
Inoichi has made many friends and acquaintances through his village missions. One mission lead him to Tanigakure (Village Hidden in Valleys) where he meet Gutsy Jiraiya and Yugure at a local bar. He quickly found friends in both of them and joined them as a member of the Mezzanotte Family. In his travels Inoichi also meet and befriended a Pokemon gym leader in Shady Doctor, an over zealous Uchiha in Shadou, a fan of the ladies in noni1997, a master of reputation in Nathan, a fan of goat piss in x iiiMPerFeCT, someone real in Mugen Ryukyu, and a future doctor in House.
