Here's the deal, a broke dude who decided to rob a grocery store, he took an automatic .68 with me but then when he pointed the gun to the owner of the store, the store owner held his chest and died of an heart attack. The police walks into the shop and arrested the thief, but the main quetion is this, if you were to judge this case, is the thief responsible of murder or not? For he didn't actually pull the trigger, but then if he didn't point a gun to the grocery store owner, the store owner might not have died of an heart attack..
Anyway i think the thief is not responsible since the store owner died of natural cause.. So please drop your thougt..

Involuntary manslaughter and illegal possession of a fire arm. I would be pissed if someone gave my family member a heart attack because of that.

Yes it is bro. It is illegal to withdraw a weapon in public.

He is responsible...because the man is dead. If he would not have pointed that gun he would not have died.

Agree, plus what happens if the person didn't die from a heart attack and choose to protect him/her self or escape. Will the guy use his weapon to kill. Nuts like him shouldn't be walking free if he's planning to use his gun on innocent people anyways.
Unlawful act manslaughter occurs when someone causes a death while committing or attempting to commit an unlawful act

Just a few months ago near my area, a men walked into a store and planned to rob the place. He end up killing a guy cause the person tried to run from the gun man.

This is the main one thats gonna have him behind bars for life...

Involuntary manslaughter stems from a lack of intention to cause death but involving an intentional, or negligent, act leading to death. A drunk driving-related death is typically involuntary manslaughter. Note that the "unintentional" element here refers to the lack of intent to bring about the death. All three crimes above feature an intent to kill, whereas involuntary manslaughter is "unintentional," because the killer did not intend for a death to result from his intentional actions. If there is a presence of intention it relates only to the intent to cause a violent act which brings about the death, but not an intention to bring about the death itself

Course not. If no bullet was fired, then the thief has no fault in his death. Upon seeing the gun, it triggered a heart attack to the owner...which the thief has no control over. However, the fact that he pulled out a gun should not be dismissed and still get charged!
