Well i'll exclude Konohamaru, because he gets on my nerves but i think that Asuma would beat them. If Ino had someone whose fighting style compliments her style of using shinteshin no jutsu the other side might have a chance of beating him. I mean Ino is a fine kunoichi, but i think that someone from the Nara clan or some randon nin that can slow or for a second stop Asuma's muvements would be a better pick. Because she needs him to stay still for just a moment for her jutsu to work.

Asuma is Ino's teacher, so she likely wouldn't be able to trick him and use the Mind Transfer. She'd be wiped out by Asuma pretty quickly
Konohamaru will likely be pretty useless also. He has been shown to have some talent and will probably become powerful in the future, but ATM, he won't be able to handle Mokuton, even if it is from Zetsu.

So, it would pretty much be a fight between Zetsu and Asuma, which I think could go either way. If Zetsu is able to keep his distance and attack from there with Mokuton, he might take this, but if Asuma manages to get close enough to hit him with any of his fire techs or chakra blades, Zetsu is done for.

IMO, it's pretty much a 50/50 fight, it could go either way. People are really underestimating the Z-man

Then again Ino can pretty much catch Konohamaru off guard with Mind Transfer, but he's like Naruto and like to use clones and even has a more diverse technique list eg: Burning Ash, Shadow Shuriken... so... I think he can take her, he almost got Temari with his Rasengan and Temari is stronger than Ino.

I suppose it depends whether Konohamaru can be as deceptive as Naruto was. But even so, if she's not too badly injured she could use Mystical Palm on herself. Although Ino is more suited to support,there's a good chance she could take him. In which case, it comes to Ino + Zetsu vs Asuma...
