Well, OP said "What if we assume Ino got even more skilled with her Yamanaka techniques". So I just figured, Sakura stomps easily normally, in this scenario she still does.

We've seen more from Sakura than Ino because Sakura was almost all the time with Naruto and when there was fight she somehow would hide(?) or help plus she can win with a single punch and as a medical ninja she can use chemicals to exhaust Ino but as I don't underestimate Ino then I say this fight would have the beauty as the winning factor.

Sakura has a bad genius inside her as I already said and it would make things difficult if Ino ever tries to use her Yamanaka techs.
