Ino can use her mind xfer jutsu to go into itachi and kill him. She also has the ability since he is a guy to cut off his genitalia thus causing him to bleed everywhere with no reprucussion to her.

Actually your point has merit, the killing method is a bit crude thoughxd

Mind Transfer jutsu can beat anyone if it doesn't miss, because you can jump into a volcano and release the jutsu. I think a Sharingan user would be able to see a Mind Transfer coming and dodge.
