Ino can use her mind xfer jutsu to go into itachi and kill him. She also has the ability since he is a guy to cut off his genitalia thus causing him to bleed everywhere with no reprucussion to her.

If she cuts off his genitalia, then he would bleed out and die. Plus she could just put cuts all over him and gouge out his eyes. She can heal herself and put her eyes back in her socket.
