Ignoring the additions and going off of the title, I call a draw on this one. Ino's mind transfer jutsu would spell the end for Hinata. Hinata's attacks would destroy Ino... it's a matter of who's faster on the draw. Hinata stands a much better chance of winning, but Ino could pull a lucky win.
