Toneri wins Mid Difficulty at most.

-Toneri's Gudodama abilities superceed Obito by a lot
-The Shinju gets cut in by the Golden Wheel Rebirth
-The Tree for the Juubidama gets cut as well

Juubito's only hope is the Sword of Nunoboko but we have no idea how strong it is or if he sucks him into Kamui dimension he can win by BFR but I doubt that will happen for a number of reasons. Let's not forget Toneri's Golem which can fight on par with Full Kurama.
