The oldschool Ino-Shika-Cho that wasn't as well developed but had smarts VS Rock Lee (all abilities of at the time of the chunin exams)

Location is the forest of death, your call. I personally think Lee may take this one.

Rock Lee can activate his hidden gates remember so I think if he did that early on, even an early Shikamaru wouldn't be able to formulate a plan in time. Rock Lee proved in the Gaara fight he also is pretty unpredictable and Shika knowing nothing of Lee's powers (never seen him before) would result in Ino-Shika-Cho falling apart and becoming completely uncoordinated.

That's just one outcome though.

Lee had to many abilitys at the time, it was a set up for sasuke to learn how to copy his moves and beat garra at the Exams. Lee>Everyone except Sasuke, Neji, naruto.

This is back in the Exams after Orochi. Gave sasuke the curse mark

Ino wouldn't be much use as I doubt Rock Lee is likely to get caught in one of Shikamaru's shadows at that speed.
