Lol!! That's complete and utter bullshit.

Chances are very, very high that Neji has surpassed his dad by now since he was considered a genius in the Hyuuga from the very beginning and because he has mastered techniques like 64 palms and Rotation. Two very powerful techniques which his dad didn't have since they we're only allowed to be learned by the main branch.

And don't forget that Mind Control can only be used safely on a target that isn't moving. Elseways chances are very high that Ino will miss. But sure Kage Mane jutsu is powerful, but i'm pretty damn sure that both Hiashi and Neji can stay away form it with their speed.

Hiashi solos this; his airpalms was able to knock away one of the hands of Juubi; Chouji would be effected aswell; if he even gets the chance of going into butterfly mode which i highly doubt.
Adding Neji is overkill; Hinata is not needed.
