For the actual match I think that Team 2 wins... unless Shikamaru pulls a troll move and has his shadow use Chiyo's chakra threads as a medium or something.

sakura takes care of ino with ease. poison kunai, poison gas bombs, and clever use of substution pwns ino.
chiyo handles the other two with ease. she noted shes a poisons specialist and fought hanzo countless times. freaking hanzo! why would she waste her time with shikamaru? anyway 10 puppets kill him and then choujis sealed away
