Naruto, Kakashi, Gay and Killer Bee with Kyuubi and Hachibi are already having enough problems going up against him; you seriously think that team, who is weaker than Naruto and Kakashi to just name a few can take on Tobi and win?
Shikamaru is a genius, but I doubt he would be able to fight long against Tobi. Ino wouldn't be able to enter his mind and Chouji - all his physical attacks would just go through Tobi.
There's no way that team can take Tobi on. Maybe combined with other teams, or at the very least Naruto and Kakashi, but alone? Nope, sorry, isn't possible.

If you replace Ino and Choji with Naruto and Sasuke and have Shikamaru come up with a Shikamaru-Naruto-Sasuke formation, they might beat Tobi..
