Why are you comparing a new artist who seemingly spent a majority of his career drawing background and ambient art. To Kishimoto who was allotted time for his art to evolve?


It's unfair.

It's mostly the subject and design choices, not the quality. Not to mention, Ikemoto's been drawing for many years (and even designed some characters from what I've heard).
