Tsunade.. then for different reasons, Sakura/Ino are of the same level of importance. Just in my own opinion.

They're all great in this war Dx but I guess I'll give my say...
1. Sakura - healed the alliance with Katsuyu and kept Naruto alive
2. Tsunade - also healed the alliance and helped the 4 other Kage fight Madara (only to be Roflstomped)
3. Ino - Saved Choji twice and was one of the major reasons team 10 was able to defeat Asuma. Deflected a TBB (or something like that.). Assisted the first hokage himself.
4. Slapped Naruto and have him a prep talk.

They're all useful, the last 3 can be tied, but Sakura deserves number 1 for saving Naruto with the assistance of Obito. (It was a team effort).

Ino- help seal Kinkaku, saved Choji twice, help defeat Asuma, saved Naruto, Kakashi, and Gai from Juubi's Tailed-Beast Bomb, used her telepathy to help give others info, help defeat some mini Juubi clones, assisted the First Hokage, help the alliance understand what Naruto's been through with her telepathy and give a speech about his feelings

2.Tsunade- saved the 4 Kages, saved Shikamaru, healed the alliance

3. Sakura- healed Naruto, healed the alliance, defeated some mini Juubi clones, help keep Naruto alive

4. Hinata- give Naruto a prep talk, defeated a little some mini Juubi clones
