ino never controlled the juubi and it was obito that she controlled for about a couple of seconds as that was all she could manage
also in the ino verse sakura fight it was explained through kakashi that her will to not lose to ino was a big factor not just naruto calling out to her and dont claim plot armor as you sound like a petty hater i could just as easily say its because of plot that ino caught sakura
i like ino she has some great feats in this war but dont make her out to be something shes not

Um not that I'm arguing but I believe that Kakashi also said that it was thanks to Naruto that Inner Sakura woked up and even Sakura said that it was thanks to him too otherwise Ino could've beat her.

She clearly went easy on Kakuzu and Hidan, deciding to take a back seat. The author also wanted to give Shikamaru some spotlight so they left Ino out a bit. She could've easily transferred her mind into Kakuzu and trapped Hidan so they could bury him.

Another example is when she fought Sakura. If it wasn't for Naruto and plot armor, she could've had it with ease. Sakura gives up, hell she could've toyed with her and made her do some dumb stuff before making her give up. Sakura isn't immune to Ino's mind transfer and needs outside help as anyone else probably does.

Lastly, Ino can take over the Ten Tails and redirect tailed beast bombs. I don't see anyone else doing that, not even kages. It took the whole army like a LOT of earth walls just to block one when she was having them redirected with ease. Kishimoto just wanted to prove a point with the earth release so let her take a back seat again.

My point is, Ino is easily one of the deadliest characters in the series and often gets put back because she's a girl and to give others the spotlight. Ino > Sakura, Hinata and Tenten and at least most of the guys. She has trouble against Sasuke and Naruto but she puts up a good fight.

Sadly for your statement, Haruno Sakura has better stats in Intelligence and practically same stamina (giving her more Will force to counter Ino's Mind Techniques), Sakura has better speed, way better skill at hand seals to provoke genjutsus (well planned due her intelligence), way better Taijutsu, and way better Strength. Oh yes... Sakura awakened the Byakugou seal giving her a tremendous boost in her chakra/stamina storage... and Sakura is Ino's Sempai in Medic Ninjutsu, so Sakura's healing abilities and control are far beyond Ino's in her current state.

Is Ino good? Yes she is, and her techniques are extremely useful against most of the ninjas in the war... but she is hardly equal to Sakura, because Ino was taught by Tsunade in Medic Ninjutsu (I don't know about taijutsu) way after Tsunade took Sakura as her disciple. Sakura is the true succesor of the Slug Princess Sannin.

Yeah I agree. I don't consider her being better than them just more useful and being great.

i dont deny inos usefulness and out of the k11 excluding naruto, sakura and sasuke, ino is the one that has impressed me the most in the war

Yep and unlike her team-mates, she showed confidence up against them while Shikamaru worries how strong they are and Choji was scared. But thanks to her they too showed confidence but anyway, I wonder what they'll do next cuz I'm kinda curious what's more of their other formation techniques.

Yep seems like it and my guessing prediction for the next chapter is that it'll show those same 4 again. And I was hoping they and the rest of the K11 will be helping those 4 to stop him. But like you said I guess not.

Mind-transfer technique is really slow, and easy to evade, that kind of jutsu is not meant to be used in a VS fight.

Well according to Inoichi, her speed and timing has improved. But she might do great in battle if Kishi like develop her combat skills some more

But wouldn't this be a drag to her current fighting style? I mean, she has already some mastery over her Clan Ninjutsus and she can use Medic Ninjutsu... having to train another discipline would only decrease the quality on her current areas.

In fact she is inferior since Sakura's chakra control helped Sakura to awake the Byakugou Seal. But I think Ino has the potential to be that good.
