I repeat, Kurama's chakra doesn't make a jutsu faster only stronger. Naruto does not throw Rasenshuriken faster in Nine-Tailed Mode compared to Sage Mode.

Kurama's chakra only made the binding of her jutsu stronger. She saved Naruto right before the alliance hit. Her jutsu is fast.. faster than BM Naruto.
