Looks: Inoūi has a rather short physical height, standing at a measly 5'4 with a light/pale skin complexion, beautiful eyes, which are said to be her most amazing feature. Her hair is naturally curly and short, reaching down to the back of her neck while accented with floral hair pieces sometimes. She would also at times have it tied up in a bun, using a thin paintbrush as a hairpin.
Attire wise, Inoūi wears whatever she feels is approach but her most common three are as follows, the first one being turtleneck sweaters, with plain skirts in more formal places such as art shows, traveling etc in which she carries a bag with her that contains her accessories such as paint brushes, ink pots, small weaponry if needed etc. Her second is her kimonos, this in which she wears as her primary attire these vary in design as well but one common thing is she wears them a bit more loosely than norm as the top half is usually opened up more, revealing her bosom. Her last attire is her kunochi attire which in appearance seems normal, carrying a wakizashi with her horizontal across her waist along with tool pouches etc. She also has a summoning tattoo of the Barnacle Contract on her left wrist, and one for Slugs on her right wrist.
Personality: Inoūi is a very enthusiastic individual when it comes to arts, having a vast appreciation of all forms of it be it music, painting or even opera. This caused her to leave her village at a rather young age to explore the regions across the world, painting her own landscapes, portraits and other things a long the way.
As a kunochi, she is well disciplined and always carried out her orders to the to the finest of detail, but sometimes would question the logic behind what she would deem "pointless". This lead to her developing her own sense of "right and wrong", chasing after the even product without caring who she might farm along the way. Friendly to strangers and friends alike, she isn't above killing others when deemed necessary and will not hesitate to attack others as well. This lead people to believe she is a very violent person but this isn't the case as she will only act aggressive out of self defense. Inoūi is well aware of her matured body's attractive charm - and will utilize it in battle when needed though she tends to be this way when wearing her kimono in general as she always has the top more open, revealing her bosom in most cases though she doesn't mind.

Background Info.
Inoūi is the daughter of the twelfth head of her family , which naturally made her next in line for succession of the clan. Her father, Hokusai is a world known artist - having married into the clan, would go onto passing his knowledge to a young Inoūi the arts. Training in ink ninjutsu, Inoūi was fascinated with the works of art her father created and opted to emulate his work but her mother wanted her to focus more on her studies to become a medical shinobi - something Inoūi didn't want. This lead to some internal conflict in the house, but in the end Hokusai was removed from family by divorce and thus moved out of Konohagakure while Inoūi was stuck without her father. At the age of ten, Inoūi graduated from the ninja academy at quite the young age along side her fellow next generation clan heads, Shikaiju Nara and Chomaru Akimichi thus forming officially Squad 4.They all got along fairly well for the most part, going on missions under the guidance of their team captain. Eventually Squad 4 had passed the Chunin Exams and thus where given a new set of earrings from a Sarutobi member, now being considered adults among their respective clans( her teammates and another Yamanaka). They all ended up in quite higher societies, Shikaiju becoming the Vice Captain of the police force, Inoūi becoming a doctor and Chomaru running a bakery.
They each where only thirteen at the time, but Inoūi had been secretly drawing world famous art pieces under the code name "Foreigner". Many alluded to her own being copies of her father's original works, some say she was inspired by him. She didn't care for the negative feedback however as these arts where indeed coded messages to her father, one of them meaning "Thank you".
Now at the rank of Jounin, Inoūi left Konohagakure to into the world, searching for her long lost father but also to discover the wider world of art for herself. She eventually came across an indivual by the name of Galahad whom introduced her into the Throne. Inoūi eventually became a member of the Surgebinder clan and is currently one of the Shade Ranked members.

Fūinjutsu: Fūinjutsu, or Sealing Techniques/Sealing Arts, are a type of jutsu that seal objects, living beings, chakra, along with a wide variety of other things within a given vessel. Fūinjutsu can also be used to unseal objects either from within something or someone.

Affinities: Water Release (水遁, Suiton, English TV: Water Style) is one of the basic elemental nature transformation techniques that allow the user to manipulate pre-existing water, or create their own, by turning their chakra into water. It takes much more ability to create the water outside the body than to manipulate what is already available or expel it from their mouths. One of the most versatile of the five basic chakra natures, Water Release techniques can not only change shape but state as well. Moreover, the water becomes more solid in the process as well, and certain techniques can even allow the user to increase the water's density or viscosity, making it a suitable element to capture the targets. Offensive water techniques seem to inflict harm from the sudden force that they exert, which would cause massive internal damage to a human. Inoūi can utilise this nature with the use of a single hand seal.
Genjutsu (幻術, Literally meaning: Illusionary Techniques) is one of the main jutsu categories which uses chakra. Unlike ninjutsu, the effects of genjutsu are not real, being only illusions experienced by those who fall victim to it. Inoūi can perform two illusions within the same time frame as one another and with far more accuracy as well as seal casting.
