Innate Powers vs. Given powers

There's been a lot of argument going around lately about how Sasuke needs to depends on outside power to power up and counter arguments about how Naruto always needed borrowed power. So here's a break down of the abilities gained that are actually useful in the current fights:

Naruto:
-Kyubi Chakra: Borrowed since he was not inborn with it (-1)
-Sage Mode: Gained; worked hard and trained for it (+1)
-KCM and other modes: Gained; worked hard and had to fight to control the chakra and actually had to confront an obstacle. (+1)
-Rikuddou mode: Given (-1)

Total value of: 0

Sasuke:
-Sharingan and MS: Inborn (+1)
-EMS: Given/taken from Itachi (-1)
-Curse Mark: Given (-1)
-Rikkudou mode: Given (-1)
-Using tailed beast power during fight (-1)

Total vaule: -3

So, judging from this, Sasuke had to rely on more borrowed powers than Naruto.
Notice how I'm not saying "Sasuke had to rely on more borrowed powers to have an equal fight with Naruto" Since it's inconclusive whether or not Sasuke will stomp or be at an equal level. I'm trying my best to view their powerups from a mutual perspective.

Unless your a character other then sasuke apparently. Naruto uses tailed beast is it's borrowed power and he gets slandered to high hell for it. Sasuke does the same thing and it okay because 'power is power'.

O/T: not that it matters in the grand scheme of your thread (which I agree with) but naruto was born with kyuubi chakra. It's the reason he has whisker marks.

i don't really have a problem with how people gain power, just that they are able to obtain it. i just hope people stop using it as an argument as it is stupid.
