As some of you DC fans and probably Mortal Kombat fans should know. A game titled Injustice: Gods Among Us, which features the DC Heroes and Villains duking it out, is slated for release sometime next year.
There are 9 confirmed characters so far: Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Nightwing, Cyborg, Solomon Grundy, Harley Quinn, and Catwoman.
According to a demo featured at Gamescom, there are a total of 24 slots in the game. So, there is a total of 15 characters left to be confirmed.

Which characters would you like to see in the game?

My Wishlist
1. Green Arrow (With his new show Arrow coming to TV, I think Green Arrow is definitely ready to be in a video game of this caliber)
2. Deathstroke (The cunning, ruthless mercenary is indeed one of the most badass characters in the DC Universe, and is a character I guarantee will be in the game.)
3. Black Canary (It would be nice to see some less well-known characters in the game, to make them known to a larger audience. Plus her Canary Cry would make for an awesome finisher.)
4. Joker (The crazy clown just has to be in this game.)
5. Lex Luthor (Both Joker and Lex are rumored to be confirmed soon, but until then it's still just a rumor).
6. Cheetah (Wonder Woman's arch-nemesis. If Lex and Joker are in the game she deserves a spot too.)
7. Green Lantern (This could include either Hal Jordan or John Stewart)
8. Aquaman (He has a bad rep. amongst fans as the guy who "only talks to fish", but his new comic series portrays him as a badass and he doesn't deserve the hate he receives.)
9. Supergirl (Why not have the Girl of Steel in a game with her cousin, The Man of Steel "Superman"?)
10. Captain Cold (An enemy of The Flash and another one of these characters, alongside both Joker and Lex, who are supposed to be confirmed soon.)
11. Captain Marvel/Shazam (How can you not love Billy Batson?)
12. Sinestro (Green Lantern's former arch nemesis. The New 52 reboot makes him more of an ally to Hal instead of an enemy, but still a character I would love to see in his Sinestro Corps Uniform and his yellow ring)
13. Martian Manhunter (One of the most underrated characters in the DC Universe. He's sometimes referred to as the "Green Superman", but he's so much more than that. He has Psychic, Telekinetic, and Shape Shifting abilities, powers even Superman doesn't possess. This game needs him.)
14. Darkseid (Omega Beams, that is all)
15. Starfire (She can shoot starbolts from her hands and eyes, she tough as nails, she can fly, and she's strong as hell. Not to mention she was sweet as sugar in the Teen Titans show. I think she deserves a spot.)
