Well, since Ingra has been shown with 3 tomeo sharingan, it's pretty safe to say that his MS is spiral. Just saying, we may be blowing this out of proportion. MS tomeo tend to be simple.

One thing that crazes me is how the hell does Ingra not suffer from blindness? Could it be because he has a pure eye?

His eyes are unique, he is the first of the Uchiha, the stages probably regressed after birth. EMS to MS to Sharingan, then MS having to be achieved and EMS is two MS that may be a pure MS of some sort. Plus we can't forget his spiral dojustu, we just gotta wait till next chapter.
