Infraction question

Here's an infraction I received for not putting a spoiler tag on my thread, but the chapter had already been released. Is there a time frame that you have to go by when using the spoiler tag after chapters have been released, because I see people writing threads all the time right after a chapters released and I'm pretty sure they're not getting infractions for it.
Can you repeal an infraction? How would you go about doing it. Here's the conversation I had with the NB BOT about it. Any answers would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.

Since this is a hot topic right now I'm going to explain why he's only got a single rinnegan, and why it's on his left side.
The chapter the sage gave Sasuke and Naruto their power he said "place your dominant hand out and I will grant you power". Naruto placed up his right, while Sasuke his left. This suggests that Sasuke is left handed. Humans also have a dominant eye as well. I'm guessing that's probably Sasuke's left eye.

A lot of people are saying he's only got one because the Juubi, and Kaguya did as well, but I don't think this is really the reason. The sage may have wanted to limit Sasuke's powers since he still is unsure about trusting him. So naturally he's going to only grant him a singlt rinnegan.

Also for all of those that said I was wrong, and I was stupid, when I stated Sasuke isn't getting spiral eyes. Gotcha. Those spirals were only drawn in to represent the hypnotizing effect of the sharingan.

I received an infraction about a week ago on this thread I made. I posted where I discussed some things about the chapter that had been already released, they said I didn't put a spoiler tag on the thread, but the chapter had already been released. So why would I have to put a spoiler tag on it? I also received one a few minutes ago saying I made a duplicate post, but I had made a thread. The thread I made wasn't a duplicate of the post though. It had the new spoilers on the thread, and I wrote that I wanted to discuss what may have been going on in the chapter. So it wasn't really a duplicate. So I don't quite understand what I did wrong. I read the rules and I'm still unsure.

I know people were posting all kinds of things about the chapter after it had been released and I'm fairly certain some of them, maybe even none didn't get infractions. Can I repeal an infraction. I've tried to before, but the NB BOT never responds back. If I can't even get the infraction dropped it would still be nice to a reply back as to why I can't. Anyone who has an answer to this will get +rep for the help. Thank you very much.

And exactly what you think this thread of yours would accomplish which is again breaking rules? Next time send a PM to a section mod or gmod or admin if you do not understand an infraction or believe it was wrongly issued.
