Some of us have been wondering, 'So if obito's ultimate goal is to establishworld peace (or raise ririn and force her to love him instead of kakashi XD) how will he accomplish it if he kill everyone?'. well it seems that there is a way to include those killed and dead into infinite tsukiyomi, and not just as illusions, ratheras conciouses that are actully the dead person. So where am i getting this idea from? Well quite simple rather, remember when naruto met minato and kushina? They were both dead yet he met their chackra's, which were basically them, thots, memories, feelings and all. Of course in that case minato incooperated their chackras into the seal, but this is evidence that the dead can exist in tsukiyomi as actual beings (without physical bodies though).
Also there is the question "where does dead people's chackra go to?" and since it seems all chackra is from the juubi (lets not argue with a manga statement) does that mean that it returns to the juubi? Whatever the case sureley with obito being the juubi's jinjuruki he can aquire all their chackras thru some jutsu (plot no jutsu hehe). There is also the possibility that he can revive them all using the gedo rinne tensei no jutsu (remember madara tried to force him to do that before obito made himself a jin {though in that case it wud have been for 1 person only}) and this time having the juubi's chakra he surely wont die from over exertion like nagato. Anyway i trust you get my point.
