What's wrong with it?

I mean, everyone gets to live a perfect live. An ideal world. No sadness, no pain. Everyone can be happy. I don't see what's wrong with it.

Now you may say- "But it's not real " "That's not true peace."

But, if no one resists it, then you'll never wake up from it.

If you're inside, it is impossible to differentiate between IT world and the real world. Who knows? Maybe the narutoverse is currently under Kaguya's initial IT and she's controlling everyone's dreams. It's just not possible to know. Under Madara's IT, everyone was happy. What's wrong with that.

Naruto's method leads to the same thing, but his method takes much more effort and it takes a longer time.

It is impossible to differentiate between the IT and the Real world. Why bother stopping IT? I think IT is good and so was Madara.

It's like cheating it a game - you don't feel accomplished when you've won. If you know that you're under IT then it's basically the same principle. Accomplishing nothing leads to a very low morale, so even with everything being perfect in IT you may still be miserable.

Agreed, IT world is perfect and I don't know why people don't like the idea.

You would lose your identity. It would be as if you never existed. Also, Madara was making a decision for everyone, simply assuming that it was what they wanted. IT was a way to extract everyone's chakra and enslave them.
