Depends on point of view.
Some will say its good, because with a ruler understanding history and wise, would lead the world to people's dreams.
Some will say its bad, because you no longer have will over yourself, and being a slave by someone else.
Overall, its closer to bad than good.

it's all an illusion, would rather struggle and live in the real world/facing real people than to live in a dreamworld where everything is fake/the loved/lost ones you see there are not real (an illusion).

I think it would be interesting for there to be another arc based within Infinite Tsukuyomi.
Naruto, Sasuke, Orochimaru, Kabuto, Edos are unaffected but everyone else is.
It would be a good chance for some more character developments between Kabuto and Orochimaru, possibly even Naruto and Oro since they haven't even spoken to each other since the beginning of shippuden.
Their goal would be to break free from the Genjutsu before Madara eats the Juubi's fruit. This would also be another opportunity for Naruto and Sasuke to gain one last power-up.

No because the world would be just an illusion. People are not in control of themself and so there would be no point of human being in existence.
