Obito can't use Tsukuyomi, so how is he planning, to use the Juubi's chakra to amplify a normal Tsukuyomi into the infinite version.

Basically the plan is ruined.

The plan was ruined from the moment Obito lost control over the Juubi. Now he doesn't even have a plan to follow xD.

The idea was from the start for Obito to become the Juubi Jinchuuriki and make his eyes stronger, in order to project a Genjutsu with them off the moon. Juubi wasn't complete. I don't know what will happen to the plan, but I suppose it still could work if they collect Kurama & Gyuuki.

the ability to cast tsukiyomi might be very weak for madara and obito hence by becoming the juubi jinchuriki they some how enhance their eye prowess and accomplkish the plan

but now i feel like the plan itself is a bluff coz madara tried to use obito and coz he aint doing shit other than waiting for a nice shot of hahsi' junk and gets excited and goes infront of him to get his wood

Moral of the story- Obito need to control Juubi but if he won't be able to do so, plan is ruined, but there is Madara's trump card, so watch out for it.

Konoha is safe once again due to a quick acting and godlike Ramen chef... Like in every episode.

Obito is clearly not that smart. I posted a thread the other day with all the problems of the Eye of the Moon plan, and Obito was clearly stupid enough to follow the plan without asking even the most basic questions. The fact that he's been blindly following the will of Madara for so many years, and the fact that the plan has gotten so screwed up over the years because of the influence of somebody like Naruto (who was basically powerless until very recently) is proof.

The plan is "ruined' because Obito isn't smart or focused enough to make it work.

the plan is "not ruined" because luckily Madara still has a trump card (don't know what) and Madara will make it happen without Obito.

Isn't Obito's Rinnegan the same as Nagato's? He stole it from Nagato, didn't he?
And Nagato's Rinnegan is actually Madara's eyes, isn't it?

So MAYBE he does have Tsukuyomi. Let's just hope he didn't get the wrong eye

I don't know, but I'm sure you can use Sharingan techniques even though you have the Rinnegan.
