Elaborating more on a thread posted by thunderthehybrid: "We will see Infinite Tsukuyomi"
If we do see the Infinite Tsukuyomi, I think it will entrap everyone who is at the battle field at this moment, but not Naruto, Bee, or Sasuke.
First, genjutsu doesn't work on jinchuriki who have control over their tailed beast.
And I think Sasuke would be able to break through it with his EMS, as he was able to break through Itachi's with just a regular Sharingan.
Without them in the genjutsu, that leaves them to fight Madara. (Obito wouldn't be included if Madara forces him to use Rinne Tensei)
Maybe Bee or Sasuke would be taken down by Madara, most likely Bee if put in the situation, then after Madara is defeated, releasing the genjutsu on everyone, that leaves the entire Shinobi Alliance, the 4 Edo hokages, and Orochimaru (if he ever shows up to the battle field) to defeat the 10-tails.
And who knows, if it does go this way, that does open up the possibility of Orochimaru being the final villian by taking back control over the 3 Hokage (Hashirama is free from it) and attacking the alliance.
Now, I know there are several plot holes that would occur from this scenario, like Hashirama and Madara's final fight. Whether or not Minato will give Naruto the rest of Kurama's chakra, or what will happen to the 8-tails if bee is killed, but this is all just my thoughts on how I think the plot would play out if the Infinite tsukuyomi is put into effect.
