if all the people will be stuck in Tsukuyomi then how will they get food to eat. No food means they will die and one day everyone will die and there will be no human left

or maybe time just stands still or very very slow to them in the real world, making things happen very quickly to their senses in their dream world. So lets say the amount of time it takes for them to die out without food or water (a couple days to a week), in their head, they lived a full life and then die in their dream world corresponding to their actual death.

If it involves reality warping then yes, if it's purely Genjutsu, then they will eventually die.

Mugen Tsukuyomi is not flawed; your reasoning is. Once Madara is synchronised with the Jūbi via whatever method of sealing, he will be able to exercise a variant of Tsukuyomi much like Itachi's—one with the ability to fashion objects which are not obstructed by time or space. The Jūbi's foul and limitless chakra will beget the appropriate prerequisites [an exorbitant chakra pool] in order for Madara to essentially subjugate the world. In addition to this, Madara has canonically shown the ability to be able to manifest objects at will, therefore in Mugen Tsukuyomi he should and will be able to remove the limitations of the normal world.

his logic is not flawed when logic gets thrown out the window by the power of the sage. He was using rational logic. not flawed logic. what he has to do however with your theory is completely throw away all logic because there is none with that type of power.

I don't think they fall asleep and dream until they die. I think it's more like they live their lives but everything they know and see is an illusion.

But they need not age inside the dream world, Madz can make them perpetually young, but if the real life bodies of those inside the Genjutsu are deprived of physiological needs then they will eventually die. So what's the point of Inf. Tsukuyomi if it's not eternal?

well in road to ninja, it seems they were taken to an alternate reality, where what they want to happen is set in motion. Not a dream world, but to an actual physical world that exists after madara creates it. So they could possibly just have been transported there to live their life out in that new world where things went the way they wanted it.

well it seems the plan for the I.T. is to allow everyone to live the life they wanted to live. naruto with parents. obito with rin and kakashi. It is just a fake experience in their head if its just a genjutsu. They will live their life (in their head/dream world) which will feel like a life time but only lasted a couple days until their bodies die. Its the experience of living the perfect life, if they perceive the time they lived as a life time even though it was actually short, it should feel like a fufilled life experience.
