Well Infinite Tsukuyomi exists in real life. When you die, your afterlife is real only to you, since you are experiencing it. Everyone's afterlife is his/her own creation. Christians go to Heaven, Buddhists go to Pureland/Reincarnate, Muslims go to Paradise, Atheists sleep with no dream for eternity and Etc. Islam and Christianity have different descriptions of their Heaven or Paradise. And I connected the Infinite Tsukuyomi to the afterlife because of the Dream World.
