Besides the Hokages and Kakashi's group, do you think there are other unknown rescapees of the IT by now? It may sound stupid, but what if there were people like Minato or the feudal lord sleeping deeply when the light shined? Now that the light is gone, maybe they would be unaffected?

I dont think that being asleep allows you to escape IT, the current fight is taking place in night, so that means civilians not fighting in war should be asleep, yet when we see konoha, all of the civilians are trapped
