Would it affect the konoha kages if they werent zombies because (to me konoha was always the strongest) they are really strong plus Oro knew that haashi could break out of his seal?

Yes... Edo Tensei is the only reason they resisted it...
Zetsu Orochimaru and DSM Kabuto are far stronger than old Hiruzen, but they were caught all the same. Only a Rinnegan or Rinnesharingan can resist IT, Edo Tensei aside.

Only having the rinnegan will protect you from MT. So yeah the kage would be doomed.
