Infinite Tsukuyomi question

Obito said that he wanted to create a world with a singular consciousness. Dosen't that go against the initial plan of infinite tsukuyomi where people would be placed in a world where their dreams come true. Like madaras plan was?

Because if it is a dreamworld where everyone gets what they want then each individuals dream would be different. But if obito creates a singular consciencousness then only one dream world would be created, one that he wants?

I think he means that he'd be the new 'God' of the world.

I always found that plan flawed, because they are essientally inside of their own mind, and if they were somehow able to resist the effect wouldn't they break the genjutsu or at lease manipulate it to their own advantage.

I doubt somebody can break or resist a jutsu created with the power of the tentails when Itachi's tsukuyomi is said to be inescapable

It will be like road to Ninja BUT obito will have control over the world, he even said it himself that road to ninja infinite tsukiyomi was a DEMO when asked by zetsu why he couldn't control everybody.
