Infinite Tsukuyomi plot hole possibly?

Hey Narutobase I recently thought about madaras plan and how it casts a large genjutsu on everyone and turns them into slaves and I couldn't help but ponder on 2 specific flaws to it.... Here's my theories that I've come up with,

#1. If Naruto has 9 bijuu and jinchurikis are supposedly immune to genjutsu then wouldn't that alone make him immune to it let's say it got initiated. Its a manga fact and I don't see how this genjutsu can nullify that when he has literally 9 bijuu to tell him to snap out of it not just 1.

2. Sasuke is still around and his eye looks like the infinite Tsukuyomi eye that blooms soo I wouldn't hold my breath if Sasukes eye has a bigger purpose since it seems like he might be the only one that'll be immune and able to fight madara since Genjutsu is obsolete to fighting him since he has ems and rinnegan and has dealt with itachis tsukuyomi and broke free!

Ummm it's been stated thousands of times that jins are immune to genjutsu if the host and beast work together and plus sasuke is an uchiha who possesses powerful eyes so he shouldn't have a problem breaking free from it since he can see through it.

That's impossible tho cause the sanbi was in the ocean though soo how could he be the jin u forget obito was collecting bijuu if he had the mizukage with the bijuu why didn't he extract it then?

No those who possess the same kekki genkai or eyes lol can stop and resist the tsukuyomi to an extent but we've seen Sasuke before break through it.

Those arent the only flaws, beside arent naruto and sasuke fighting madara right now to stop him, which is the only priority for Madara right now

All right, let's get one thing straight. The sanbi was reborn in the lake after Rin died. Also, the jinchuuriki probably didn't have his cooperation since at the time bijuu were hated and feared. Furthermore, he was essential to controlling the country, which, as you know(blood mist village sound like something Madara'd come up with?) he succeeded in. As his usefulness depleted he had the sanbi extracted and sealed into Rin to convert Obito. Yes, I said Madara, not Obito. This predated Obito since Rin was still alive.

It'd be cool if Madara succeeded and Naruto and Sasuke were the last men standing. Then they stop him, think it's over and Kaguya shows up just in time to increase the llifetime of the manga. XD
