Madara and Obito make their Infinite Tsukuyomi seem like its a good world where everyone will be happy....but I doubt it.

Madara said he wants to create a world of winners and all that stuff, again I doubt this.

As Madara demonstrated in the last chapter, he can control whatever is in the Genjutsu and he can create whatever he wants.

I think that if he gets his way he will create the world in his image..where no one is happy except for him.

I wonder why he is so worried about the Juubi becoming complete....he probably wants to be another Rikudou Sennin but an evil version and rule over his Genjutsu: Infinite Tsukuyomi.

Im glad that you agree, "but when I said its only as good as the person using it" I was talking about the intentions not the effectiveness of the Jutsu.
