I was thinking the same thing. Kabuto knew about the plan so he would have a way to counter it . It's still not known if he felk victim to it like orochimaru. But if he didn't he could help out a lot in that case.

We've only seen the start of the jutsu so we won't know till kishi tells us. If it's anything like Inception time in dreams will be faster that actual time! =D

Indeed. The only thing IT has on the normal tsukuyomi is scale. But in terms of features normal tsukuyomi has it beat.

Maybe the byakugan allowed her a few seconds more of control and this whole light thing was obvious by the way it was shown to effect people.

I agree. I think a lot of people were expecting a Tsukuyomi like Itachi's to be cast on every single individual. But it's a different kind of genjutsu. It's still very strong, but not an instant one-shot.
