Hello guys, Today I am going to make a theory on the Infinite Tsukuyomi Arc and what Kishimoto might show us in this arc.

1) Why it will Happen
By the below given scan, it has been hinted by the Rikudou that the Infinite Tsukuyomi is casted by the Shinju's flower and then only does it ripen into a fruit.
This would be a nice plot twist as the Antagonist (Madara) wins and the fruit also ripens.

2) Purpose Of Madara's Dreamworld
As we already know Madara wants a dreamworld devoid of Chakra.
The most important part of this thread starts now.
If Madara wanted a Dreamworld devoid of the evil Chakra, then everything which originated due to it will vanish.
In other words if Chakra vanished, then the Shinobis, the Shinobi System and the Village System would completely cease to exist in the dreamworld as they arose due to Chakra.

If Chakra ceased to exist in Infinite Tsukuyomi, it's obvious that Madara would create a new world for the humans trapped in the genjutsu, which is :-
An industrial world filled with armour suits, Robots, Iron man suits, High Technology weapons, bombs, Skyscraper cities, etc, The symbols of our current and foreseen modern world.
This is reinforced by the fact that this is the only art made by Kishi which is in direct contrast to the Ninja world.

We can assume that the Naruto ninja world map at present is incomplete and there could be a new world out there where the knowledge of Chakra has not yet reached and everyone is living in a high technological society.
We have no idea what Madara did after he was defeated by Hashirama. There is a possibility he travelled to the new world and got the inspiration of a dreamworld devoid of Chakra from there.

5) Extra information of The Mecha World created by Kishi
Masashi Kishimoto seems to be a fan of the mecha genre! At the 2014 Jump Festa he mentioned he mentioned Mecha Godzilla was his inspiration for Mecha Naruto. In Naruto manga chapter 662, which officially releases in Japan and on Viz Media’s Shonen Jump website on Monday, January 27, he features robots or mecha from the 2013 movie Elysium. They aren’t exact duplicates, but instead altered to fit the Naruto universe. You can take a look at the cover and two images from the Elysium movie below. The word “Teki” on the Naruto 662 cover means “enemy” in Japanese.

A) Madara casts Infinite Tsukuyomi and everyone falls under the Genjutsu. The whole battle to stop Madara by Naruto and Sasuke can be covered in 30 chapters.
B) Madara wins and by the 700 th chapter of Naruto, Infinite Tsukuyomi begins. This will mark the end of Naruto Shippuden and the beginning of Naruto Part 3, The Mecha Dream World.
C) This will be groundbreaking as when Naruto Shippuuden ended, Madra the Antagonist won and everyone one became slaves to a genjutsu in a mecha world.
D) After 30 to 50 chapters, Madara will be defeated in the Genjutsu by Naruto and Sasuke, Infinite Tsukuyomi Breaks, The Shinju's Fruit ripens and the True Villain behind the whole Shinju and Kaguya affair appears.
