I'm just guessing here.

Kishi already named a chapter called "The End".

Now he made a chapter called the "Real End".

If he doesn't follow through with that title, he would hurt his credibility as a author. I also don't think it would be appropriate for Kishi to have a chapter titled, "The Real Real End" for when IT does activate. That would be stupid.

So, I predict IT would activate soon and that we will get a time skip, perhaps to a very short part 3 where Sasuke and Naruto are resurrected and have to team up to save the world, forming the final arc: The Infinite Dream arc or something along those lines.

This is somewhat similar to what the manga YuYu Hakusho did with the 3 kings arc: after the main character died, he was resurrected and entered a short final arc that neatly ties up everything.

Well the "Real End" could refer to the end of Naruto's and Sasuke's life.

He could still use something like "Infinite Tsukuyomi activated" for the start of it.

The end could signify the end of something e.g. The end of Naruto and Susuke's life, he can still use The End again if he wants… for example when the war ends.

To be fair, we don't really know what the title of the chapter is. Kishi wrote the chapter name in Japanese. I don't speak Japanese, so we have to trust what the folks at *********** have translated the title as "The end of reality", but Mangapanda translates it as "The real end". See how there's a difference between two translators who both know Japanese? If we found a third translation, I'm sure it would be different from these two.

Also, the words "end" and "real" have different meanings depending on context. "end" can mean "finish" (as in, "the end of the race") or "objective" (as in, "the end justifies the means"). "real" could mean "genuine", "physical", "original", "authentic", "sincere" and "undeniable". Each of these has slightly different meanings, especially in the context provided here. Using just this list of thesaurus words, here are a few alternate titles for how the Mangapanda title could have been translated differently (while, presumably, staying true to the original japanese):

- The Original Objective
- The Genuine Finish
- The Genuine Objective
- The True Desire
- The Final Goal
- The Final Deadline
- The Original Edge
- The Original Goal

See how each of these are different, and very few of them require the manga to be over in the next chapter?

And, of course, this completely ignores the *********** title "The end of reality", which leaves open the question "which reality?" Also, we have to ask, is this the actual end of reality or is it just the stated goal to end reality? Madara is talking about ending reality, is that the same as actually ending it?

Don't get too tied up in the exact words used, because those depend a lot on how people translate things, and as we can see the two major translations we use got different results (and, if the concepts are tricky to translate from Japanese, the exact synonyms used might not be the most accurate to the original intention).

Kishi said the series was drawing to a close, if Madara casts IT then that would mean a whole new arc

Kishimoto acknowledged the Juubi and Madara as separate threats back at the end of November (after the Bijuu were freed). IT won't be activated; Sasuke will solo Madara and Naruto will take care of the Juubi.

I bet we get some dramatic line from madara to the alliance that the eye will reflect upon the moon IN JUST 5 MINUTES (Frieza style)
