Its a genjutsu and dead people recreated inside it are mere illusions, the dead persons themselves do not experience living in the dream world and therefore cannot enjoy or participate in it, so how in the hell does Madara expect Obito to sacrifice his life in order to fully revive him if Obito himself will remain dead and cannot experience the dream world?

Simple Obito has no wish to be revived, he does it all for the sake of what he once had. But Madara should still be able to revive Obito after he dies using the Rinne Tensei to revive Madara.

No that was never stated in the manga, a few people stated that theory on the boards.

Then why is Madara expecting Obito to revive him?

Obito doesn't really cares if he lives or dies as long as the world he hates is gone forever. So weather he dies and Madara creates it or he takes the jyuubi and makes it himself, the end goal is met.
