Infinite tsukiyomi

So I just thought it weird lately that tobi wants to use his moon's eye plan to put everyone under an infinite tsukiyomi. Why use that technique when it looked like he got danzo/shisui's eye which apparently has the strongest genjutsu according to Itachi maybe this is wrong but why would he not use k.a instead where you can insert a command of peace. Instead everyone will be trapped in tsukiyomi. I just don't get it.

Chapter 482 page 2 he takes shisui's eye from danzo.

Okay I figured that's what happened so then k.a would probably have been a more peaceful way of tobi getting his moon's eye plan accomplished then right.
