Infinite Tsukiyomi Outmatched?

Do you think that Kotoamatsukami is better than that of the Infinite Tsukiyomi. Infinite Tsukiyomi had only lastly a couple minutes. And Kotoamatsukami is a high level genjutsu that was said to be of great caliber.

Is Kotoamatsukami as strong as Infinite Tsukiyomi?

And do you think Kotoamatsukami could control someone in the Infinite Tsukiyomi Genjutsu?

Though Kotoamatsukami can only affect one person I believe, as well it takes a long period of time to use again.

Kotoamatsukami used by the juubi's jinchuriki >>> Mugen tsukuyomi. But mugen tsukuyomi>>> kotoamatsukami used by a regular person.

I don't think it can control someone in the infinite tsukuyomi genjutsu because they are wrapped by the shinju and are one with it. to control them the KA user has to control the shinju

Quite frankly, that would be a huge ass pull if Kishi had not had Itachi destroy Shishui's eye and had Sasuke use it to influence either Madara, obito, BZ, anyone at this point.
