Look, that is a contradiction. If Infinite Tsukuyomi was merely going to make people believe that time was lasting forever whilst their bodies continued on, then Infinite Tsukuyomi would end, and if it is something that can end, then it is NOT Infinite, and if it is NOT Infinite, then it is not a jutsu at all. In Tsukuyomi, for the illusion to work, the mind is literally sent into a 72-hour lasting dimension for the full time period of that dimension's lasting (72 hours), whilst the body continues it's activity of physical determinism for three seconds. In Infinite Tsukuyomi, the mind will be sent into a forever-lasting dimension for the full time period of that dimension's lasting, which is FOREVER, meaning that the mind will forever be sent to that dimension. With the mind eternally here and physically out of time, physical temporality will no longer occur or be in effect. To put it simply, for the body, time will freeze in that instant that Infinite Tsukuyomi is cast whilst for the mind time will go on forever.
Kotoamatsukami is not better because that is a command that controls the body and the mind to continue action and continue change to both of them. This allows time to continue for the physical and the body will eventually degrade and die.
