The problem with your fanfiction is that chakra fruit is main source of kaguya's power.
The main portion of it was inherited by hagoromo.
Therefore hyuuga stopped being special and back to fodders with X-ray vision their mommy once was.

Hagoromo is fodder giving problem because fail to handle Juubi , Hamura is doing all job left for Otsutsuki in moon even he fail and ask hyuga help. BZ is sneaky bastard and he is winning. thanks god Hagoromo reedim his mistake at the end. Hamura is the one shown up to gift what he have left to Byakugan princess to take care of Juubi, Kaguya, Shinju seal on moon and take care of Earth.

Hyuga still releven in next story while uchiha remain engendered extinct especially when Salada married Hyuga D, Sasuke has lost interest in Sakura or Bolt/Naruto negged Sasuke.
