My point is that if we go by what the manga really shows without forcing conclusions, we know Hashirama and Madara fought, as he refered to it as THEIR fight, and by the end of the fight Madara was down. Anything more or less than that is assumption

The manga shows the culmination of the battle and the people who fought in it. So, it's straight up bullshit how you want to deny a simple argument in favour of your own. Nope, Sasuke stated in part 1 that it was rare for an Uchiha to have one. They're all born with exceptionally strong chakra but only elite Uchiha awaken the dojutsu

No idea on what you're talking madara vs the whole senju clan ended it a treaty despite madara losing. The only time the remaining uchiha clan as a whole every forfeited is when the leaders Madara and Izuna left the battlefield while senjus still had hashirama and tobirama where still there.

The clan whole uchiha and whole senju clan fighting against each other always ended in s stalemate. They needed two MS users to be a stalemate so add itachi, tobi/obito, and sasuke in the clan and the senjus get negged. So your claim of "victory" only came when the uchiha clan was incomplete.
